Bianchi ist das älteste noch existierende Fahrradunternehmen der Welt. Es wurde 1885 von Edoardo Bianchi in Mailand, Italien, gegründet. Mit dem Namen und dem typischen „Celeste" verbindet wohl jeder, der den Radsport und alte Rennmaschinen liebt, etwas Besonderes.
In der über 135-jährigen Geschichte von Bianchi stellen die Namen „Campione del Mondo" und etwas später die „Specialissima"-Modelle den Höhepunkt der Straßenmaschinen-Legende dar. Die „Specialissima"-Rahmen wurden Ende der 1950er-Jahre als Nachfolger des berühmten Modells „Campione del Mondo" eingeführt und sind bis heute Bianchis Topmodelle.

Anfang der 1970er-Jahre kehrte Bianchi als Hauptsponsor des Bianchi–Campagnolo-Teams in das Profi-Peloton zurück. Die Mannschaft war die Fortsetzung des Teams Salvarani unter der Leitung von Vittorio Adorni, dem Sieger des Giro d'Italia 1965 und Weltmeister von 1968. Das Team Bianchi–Campagnolo war damals eine der stärksten Mannschaften, mit den Weltmeistern Marino Basso und Felice Gimondi (1972 und 1973) an Bord.

Das hier vorgestellte Bianchi Reparto Corse aus extra leichten Columbus TSX-Rohren aus den frühen Neunzigern ist in einem tollen Zustand. Für mich zählen diese Bianchi-Rahmen zu den letzten „vernünftigen" Stahlrahmen, die bei Bianchi gebaut wurden. Der Columbus-TSX-Rohrsatz hat hervorragende Fahreigenschaften und ist eine Weiterentwicklung des berühmten SLX. Der fein gemuffte Rahmen mit der eleganten Zugverlegung im Oberrohr gehört gleichzeitig zu einer der letzten Generationen aus der berühmten Reparto Corse-Rahmenbauabteilung für Rennmaschinen bei Bianchi. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die aerodynamischen Sitzstreben, die der Rahmen noch von den X4-Modellen übernommen hat. Auch hier findet man die typische Bianchi-Gravur in der Brücke der Befestigung für die Hinterradbremse und auf der Tretlagermuffe.

Aufgebaut ist der Rahmen mit einer kompletten Shimano Dura-Ace-Gruppe. Die 7400er-Baureihe hat Shimano nicht umsonst über einen sehr langen Zeitraum produziert – diese Gruppe schaltet auch nach über 30 Jahren noch perfekt. Das Rad ist insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand, der Laufradsatz ist quasi unbenutzt. Das Rad wurde selbstverständlich komplett gewartet und perfekt eingestellt.

Insgesamt ein toller Klassiker mit hervorragenden Fahreigenschaften und den besten Shimano Dura-Ace-Komponenten.

Auf diesem Rad kann man auch heute noch sportlich unterwegs sein – und zieht garantiert bei jedem Halt an der Eisdiele alle Blicke auf sich!

Bianchi Reparto Corse 1993 – Shimano Dura Ace Groupset, 58 cm

Bianchi is the world's oldest still-existing bicycle manufacturer, founded in 1885 by Edoardo Bianchi in Milan, Italy. The name, together with the iconic "Celeste" color, evokes instant recognition and emotion among those who love cycling heritage and classic racing machines.
Throughout Bianchi's more than 135-year history, the names "Campione del Mondo" and later the "Specialissima" models have represented the pinnacle of the brand's legendary road racing lineage. The "Specialissima" frames were introduced in the late 1950s as successors to the famous "Campione del Mondo" model and remain Bianchi's flagship series to this day.
In the early 1970s, Bianchi returned as the main sponsor of the Bianchi–Campagnolo professional team, the continuation of the Salvarani squad under the direction of Vittorio Adorni, winner of the 1965 Giro d'Italia and 1968 World Champion. The Bianchi–Campagnolo team was one of the strongest of its time, featuring World Champions Marino Basso and Felice Gimondi (1972 and 1973).
The Bianchi Reparto Corse presented here, built from extra-light Columbus TSX tubing, dates from the early 1990s and is in excellent condition. For many enthusiasts, these Bianchi frames represent the last of the truly "sensible" steel racing frames produced by the brand. The Columbus TSX tubeset offers outstanding ride characteristics and is an evolution of the renowned SLX. The beautifully lugged frame with its elegant internal cable routing through the top tube belongs to one of the final generations built in Bianchi's famous Reparto Corse workshop – the department responsible for their professional racing machines.
Notable details include the aerodynamic seat stays, carried over from the X4 models, and the classic Bianchi engravings on the rear brake bridge and bottom bracket shell.
The frame is equipped with a complete Shimano Dura-Ace 7400 groupset, a series that Shimano produced for many years – and for good reason. Even after more than 30 years, this group still shifts with precision and reliability. The bike is in excellent overall condition, with the wheelset virtually unused. Naturally, it has been fully serviced and perfectly adjusted.
All in all, a true classic with superb riding qualities and the finest Shimano Dura-Ace components.
Even today, this bike delivers a genuinely sporty ride – and it's guaranteed to turn heads at every café stop.
